Welcome to ARYN. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ARYN, a trading name of ECAF Global LLC. ARYN operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a shopping experience (the "Services"). ARYN is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms below, together with the policies referenced in them (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully: they include important information about your legal rights, including disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Article 1 – Access and account

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, sizes and descriptions. We cannot guarantee that your device will display colours accurately. Products are subject to availability and we may limit the quantities of any product we offer. Care and cosmetic products are cosmetics: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Read the instructions before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Article 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order for any reason, including unavailability, an error in the price or description, or suspected fraud. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If we cancel an order that has been paid, you are refunded in full. Purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

Article 4 – Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time of your order. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include the taxes we are required to collect for your destination, where applicable. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we do not see or store your full card details.

Article 5 – Shipping and delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.

Article 6 – Intellectual property

The Services, including the ARYN name and logo, text, graphics, images, photographs and layout, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

Article 7 – Optional tools

We may give you access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. You use them "as is" and at your own risk, under the terms of the relevant third-party provider.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products or services. Please review their policies before entering into any transaction with them.

Article 9 – Relationship with Shopify

ARYN is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and ARYN. Shopify has no liability for the goods you purchase, and it is not the seller of record.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it.

Article 11 – Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display it in any medium. You agree that your feedback will not violate the rights of any third party and will not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

Article 12 – Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct them, update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or collect personal information, to spam, or to interfere with the security features of the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARYN and ECAF Global LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

Article 20 – Waiver; entire agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and the policies posted on this site are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any earlier agreement.

Article 21 – Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours without notice to you.

Article 22 – Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or affect them.
