Processing time

We are proud of how quickly we process the orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery time and cost

Orders are delivered within 5 to 8 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free and tracked: you receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Order cancellation

Because most in-stock items are processed within 12 hours, it is essential that you contact us within that window at contact@aryn-store.com so that we can try to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. No cancellation request can be accepted once the order has been processed. See our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Address errors

It is your responsibility to check that your delivery address is correct, and to contact us very quickly if it needs to be changed. A change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable parcels, for example an inaccessible or incomplete address. In these cases the parcel may be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we offer you either a refund of your order minus the shipping costs, or a re-shipment, as you prefer. You are not eligible for a re-shipment or a refund until the parcel has been received back by the sender.

Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Where duties or import taxes apply in your country, they are shown at checkout before you pay whenever we are able to collect them. Otherwise they may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are payable by the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 working days, write to contact@aryn-store.com with your order number. We investigate with the carrier and re-send the order or refund you.
