Refund policy
Order cancellation and changes
We process and ship all orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee any change or cancellation once your order has been placed.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible by e-mail at contact@aryn-store.com.
We will do our best to change or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
To speed things up, write "Cancel my order" in the subject line, and include your full name and your order number in the body of the e-mail.
Returns and refunds
If your order has already shipped, you can still return it for a refund, subject to the rules below.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The shipping label of the parcel must also be present and intact.
For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of care and cosmetic products once they have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
How to return an item
- Write to contact@aryn-store.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel with a tracked service and keep the proof of postage. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we e-mail you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to show it on your statement.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund you in full, at your choice, and we cover the return shipping.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including any statutory right to cancel a distance purchase.
